Why Is the App Not Connecting to My Aura A30 Soundbar?【SN Error】🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

We have updated the App firmware to fix the SN error. If your app is version 1.2.0, please upgrade to 1.2.1.
If upgrading the new firmware does not successfully solve the problem, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Download and Install the [ULTIMEA Fix ]App

Installation Method1: Using an Android phone to install the ULTIMEA Fix App

Please click this link to download ULTIMEA Fix App:

Note: The app is valid for 7 days from the first time you use it

Installation method 2: Using an IOS phone to install the [ULTIMEA Fix] APP

Installation steps:
(1) The IOS phone needs to install the TestFlight APP first
(2) Then open the link to download [IOS ULTIMEA Fix]: [https://testflight.apple.com/join/up4QAma6]
(3) Click the [View in TestFlight] button
(4) Then jump to the TestFlight APP, and you can see the [ULTIMEA Fix] APP. Find version 1.2.1(239) and install it



 

Step 2: Turn on the Soundbar and Open the [ULTIMEA Fix ]App and Scan the Correct QR Code

Launch the ULTIMEA Fix App and tap the "fix sn error" button, and then follow the instructions to scan the QR code on the back of the soundbar (with the SN). This will automatically fix the "SN error."
Note: Installing ULTIMEA Fix will not interfere with the existing ULTIMEA app; it will not overwrite or replace it.
 

Step 3: Uninstall the [ULTIMEA Fix ]App After Completion

Once the issue is resolved, you can uninstall the ULTIMEA Fix app, and you will be able to use the ULTIMEA app normally to control your device.

This is an emergency solution to fix the SN error problem in the app. Please rest assured that this app will not affect your phone.
After the repair is completed, please take a few minutes to send your ULTIMEA ID and the SN code on the back of the device to our email. Our technicians need to collect it to completely solve this problem and prevent other devices from having this problem. I appreciate your help!
