1.Bluetooth constant disconnection issue:
This usually indicates weak Bluetooth signal reception. Please move your audio source device closer to the soundbar and remove any obstacles between the Bluetooth device and the soundbar.
- Please check the pairing status of the Aura A30: a flashing Bluetooth indicator means the device is in pairing mode, while a solid light indicates that the connection has been successfully established. If the device is already connected, it may not be discoverable by another device. In that case, press and hold the Bluetooth (BT) button for 5 seconds to disconnect the current device, then try pairing with the desired device again.
- Try connecting with another device to check whether it is a compatibility issue. We recommend connecting to a mobile device rather than a TV for better compatibility.
- Press and hold the βMUTEβ button on the remote for 5 seconds to reset the soundbar to factory settings.
- Move your device closer to the soundbar to ensure a strong signal.
- Remove any obstacles or electronic devices that may interfere with the Bluetooth signal. Restart both your device and the soundbar before attempting to reconnect.
- Try connecting a different device to determine if the issue is related to compatibility.
- For better compatibility, we recommend connecting to a mobile device rather than a TV.
- Check whether the Bluetooth function on your phone is working properly.
- Verify that the software version is updated to the latest version. You can check this via the following path: Open the Ultimea APP β Settings β Software Version.
