Poseidon E40 Remote control not working/function abnormal?🔥🔥🔥

Please try the following troubleshooting methods:

1. Please confirm that the remote control has a light and try to replace the batteries.
2. If the remote control only works on the main page and does not respond on the Android TV page, please confirm whether the remote control is bound to Android TV.
Binding method: Long press the "Back" button and the "Home" button for 6s to bind.

2. Connect a mouse to the USB port and use the mouse to control the Android TV interface to check whether the HDMI CEC function is turned on.

3. If you still cannot control after binding, please restore the Android TV factory settings through Google Home smart control:

Settings——Device Preferences——About——Factory reset
Note: After restoring the factory settings, please remember to bind the remote control.
