Please follow the procedure below to check:

1. Try connecting the projector to a different network to determine if the issue is related to the current network.

2. Go to the settings screen and select β€œFactory Reset” mode, click the remote β€œok” button to enter.

3. After performing the factory reset, please review and agree to the privacy agreement as prompted.
