Please follow the procedure below to check:
1. Try connecting the projector to a different network to determine if the issue is related to the current network.
2. Go to the settings screen and select βFactory Resetβ mode, click the remote βokβ button to enter.
3. After performing the factory reset, please review and agree to the privacy agreement as prompted.
