If you experience intermittent audio or delay on the Poseidon M90, please try the following:

  1. Check Dolby Atmos bandwidth – When playing Dolby Atmos content, ensure sufficient bandwidth (above 40 Mbps) for stable playback without lag.
  2. Test with local video – Try playing a local video to confirm whether the intermittent issue still occurs.
  3. Check the connection method – Confirm which connection is being used. Recommended priority: HDMI eARC > Optical > Bluetooth.
  4. Try another interface – It may also be an interface-related issue. Try a different connection to see if the intermittent audio persists.
  5. Check the cable – The issue may be cable-related. We recommend replacing it with an HDMI 2.0 or higher cable.
  6. Check for wireless interference – Other Bluetooth or 2.4 GHz devices may cause interference. Keep the connection within the same room and avoid wall obstructions.

Tips:

  • If the issue persists, try re-plugging the soundbar power cord or resetting the soundbar.
  •  If there is no sound or abnormal sound after the subwoofer is correctly connected and paired, try unplugging the subwoofer and restarting it.
  • If none of the above works, upgrade to the latest firmware version. When contacting support, please provide your current firmware version and SN so we can push the software update.
