  1. If the Bookshelf Speaker disconnects automatically after opening the app, please manually restart the product. The app will reconnect automatically after reboot.
  2. When the Bookshelf Speaker is connected to the TV via HDMI ARC, after performing a factory reset, the app reconnection process may take longer (approximately 25 seconds). During this process, we recommend not connecting the ARC cable while the speaker is reconnecting to the app after a factory reset.
