- The BS-3 firmware upgrade via the app takes approximately 5–10 minutes. During the upgrade process, please do not disconnect the power, exit the app, or switch it to the background. Keep the app running in the foreground and wait patiently for completion.
- When the upgrade starts, the front indicator light will flash green rapidly, then turn off, and then flash green again. This is normal behavior. During the upgrade, please avoid any other operations on the device, such as playing music or video content.
- If an abnormal power loss occurs or the app is closed during the process, please power off the speaker system for 1–3 minutes, close the app completely, and then restart the upgrade process.
- After the upgrade is completed, the product will automatically restart. If the device cannot reconnect to the app after reboot, please delete the device in the app, power off the unit for 3–5 minutes, then power it back on and re-pair the connection.
