To further resolve the issue, we recommend the following:
1. We recommend connecting the soundbar directly to your mobile phone via Bluetooth for testing playback first.
2. Please ensure the Bluetooth connection distance is within 5 meters (16 feet) and avoid physical obstructions or interference.
3. If you experience Bluetooth stuttering, try powering off the unit completely, then turn it back on and re-pair the Bluetooth connection.
4. If a restart does not resolve the issue, please perform a factory reset on the device.
If the problem persists after trying the steps above, we recommend updating to the latest firmware version. Please provide your current firmware version and the device’s serial number (SN), and contact our customer support team so we can assist with the firmware update.
