1.Please check your network connection. It might be caused by network lag or abnormal network status. You can try clicking the Save button multiple times until the Settings are successfully saved.
2. If the device is probabilistically disconnected when the APP switches to a custom style and a pop-up window saying "Settings failed, please try again" appears, please attempt to manually connect the soundbar at the APP.
