Applicable to Skywave X Series Soundbars

Q: How do I adjust the Surround Level and Up-Firing Speaker Level on the Skywave X Series soundbar?

A: The remote control has a single button for adjusting the Surround Level or Up-Firing Speaker Level. Each press cycles through the level settings in the following order:
0 → +1 → +2 → +3 → −3 → −2 → −1 → (back to 0).

Q: Why does the level change when I press the button just to check the current setting?

A: The adjustment button uses a cyclic control logic. When the level reaches +3, the next press will switch to −3. The soundbar does not keep the current level when the button is pressed. The volume will not change automatically.

Q: Does the soundbar support independent volume control for each surround speaker?

A: No. The Surround Level controls the overall surround output volume only. The Skywave X Series does not support independent volume adjustment for individual surround channels.

Q: Can I adjust individual up-firing speakers separately?

A: No. The Up-Firing Speaker Level controls the overall height-channel output. Individual up-firing speakers cannot be adjusted separately.

Q: How can I check the current Surround Level or Up-Firing Speaker Level?

A: You can view the current level settings in the Ultimea App.
