How to Fix Intermittent Noise or Crackling on the Skywave X60 Surround Speakers or Subwoofer?

  1. The Skywave X60 soundbar connects via wireless signal. Optimize the environment and placement by ensuring there are no obstacles between the surround speakers/Subwoofer and the main unit.

  2. Keep the distance within a reasonable range (recommended ≤ 5 meters) and avoid placing near routers, microwaves, or high-power appliances that may cause interference.

  3. Check the audio source by testing with different audio/video files to confirm whether the issue originates from the source itself. 

  4. Try switching different methods (e.g., HDMI, optical, Bluetooth) for comparison. 

  5. Open the Ultimea App to check for software updates. Update to the latest version and test again.

  6. Please restore factory settings: Press and hold the "mute" button on the remote control for 5 seconds to reset.

  7. Place the subwoofer steadily on the ground, ensuring no obstructions are blocking it.
    Lower the bass or surround volume levels to 0-3 for testing.
