Recommend connection: ARC/eARC>OPT>BT

Please note: Dolby Atmos is exclusively supported through HDMI. Optical and Bluetooth connections do not support Dolby Atmos.

HDMI ARC/eARC Connection:

1. Check if the TV and soundbar are connected to the port that is marked "ARC" or"eARC" ("HDMI IN” does not support this).

2. Then connect the other end to the eARC port of the soundbar.

3. Connect the other end to the HDMI (ARC/eARC) port on your TV.

4. Check whether the TV setting path is correct.
Normally as below: Settings-Sound Output-Receiver HDMI (eARC) and Sound -Expert Settings-Digital Audio Output -Auto/Pass Through

1)For general audio output, select "Auto" (Preference) to allow the TV to automatically determine the best audio format for your content.

2) If you're dealing with Atmos audio content (such as Dolby Atmos), choose the "Pass through" option.

3) The Dolby Atmos is ON.

5. Check if the sound bar switches to eARC mode.

6. Check whether the cable is not connected wrongly or loosely

Note: If the connection and settings are correct, but there is no sound, please re-plug the HDMI cable or replace the HDMI cable.

Optical Connection:

Note: Remove the protective caps of the OPT cable.

Please note that the protective caps at both ends of the OPT cable need to be removed carefully. These caps are usually in place to protect the connectors during storage and transportation. Once you are ready to use the cable, make sure to remove the caps to ensure a proper connection. Failure to remove the caps may result in a faulty connection or no signal transmission at all.

1. Connect an optical audio cable from the TV's Optical Digital Audio Out port to the Optical in port on your soundbar.

2. Using the remote control, switch the soundbar mode to "OPT" by pressing the first one button twice.

3. Check whether the TV setting path is correct.

For the TV in the video, follow these steps: Settings → Sound output → Optical

Bluetooth connection

1. Press the " "button on the soundbar or remote control to enter Bluetooth pairing mode, the LED screen will show the BT and will flash.

2. Open your phone's Bluetooth settings, find and select "ULTIMEA Skywave X60" to connect the soundbar.

If the pairing is successful, the BT will always be on.

Note: If it's already in Bluetooth mode and connected, press and hold the" "button for 3 seconds to disconnect the current device and connect to the new device manually on your mobile phone/ PC/TV.

Bluetooth connection problem:

1. Bluetooth version higher than 4.0, Otherwise the Bluetooth signal may not be found.

2. The distance between Bluetooth devices should ideally be within 5m of each other.

3. If there is no connection or Bluetooth lag problem, turn off and re-open the Bluetooth device, if still can not solve the problem, please restore the factory settings.

USB connection

The USB port is used to connect the USB flash drive(up to 128GB), it is unable to connect your devices with the USB cable directly.

Only supports USB format: FAT; FAT32.

When you plug your USB flash drive with music in it【MP3 and Flac Format】, the soundbar will enter USB mode and play the music automatically.
