- We recommend using a smartphone as the preferred device for Bluetooth playback.
- Keep the Bluetooth connection distance within 5 meters for optimal performance.
- If you experience Bluetooth lag or stuttering, try unplugging the power and restarting the soundbar, then re-pair the Bluetooth connection.
- If restarting doesn’t resolve the issue, try restoring the factory settings (press and hold the "Mute" button on the remote for 5 seconds, or tap "Restore Factory Settings" in the app).

If none of the above steps work, please update the soundbar to the latest firmware version.
