If your Apollo S80 subwoofer is not producing sound, follow these steps to ensure proper wired connection:

1. Locate the "SUB OUT" port on the back of your soundbar.

2. Plug one end of the subwoofer connection cable into the "SUB OUT" port.

3. Connect the other end of the cable to the port on the back of the subwoofer.

Make sure the cable is securely connected on both ends.

No Bass or No Sound? Try This:

1.  Unplug both soundbar and subwoofer. Disconnect the cable. Wait 30 seconds, then reconnect and power on.

2. Confirm the soundbar is set to a mode that uses bass (e.g., Movie, Music).

3. Try a different audio source to test the subwoofer.

Play a low-frequency audio track or bass test video (search for “bass test” on YouTube) to check if the subwoofer responds.

4. Place the subwoofer near a wall or in a corner of the room to boost bass response.

5. Put the subwoofer near a wall or corner, within 5 meters of the soundbar. Avoid blocking it with furniture.

6. Factory reset the soundbar: Factory Reset Steps

If you've confirmed the connection and tried the tips above but still hear no bass or sound, the subwoofer may require service. Please contact support@ultimea.com for further assistance.
