Please try the troubleshooting as follows:

  1. We recommend using an HDMI eARC connection between the soundbar and your TV for optimal performance. After connecting to the TV, try setting the TV's audio output to PCM or Pass Through:
    Atmos: If you are watching a movie in the Dolby Atmos format, please set the audio output on your TV to Pass Through:
    TV Settings > Home > Settings > Sound > Digital Audio Output > Pass Through
    Normal audio or DTS: If you are watching a movie in the DTS format, please set the audio output on your TV to PCM:
    TV Settings > Home > Settings > Sound > Digital Audio Output >PCM
  2. Connect the phone and soundbar via Bluetooth;
  3. Replug the HDMI cable and ensure all connections are tight. If the issue persists, it may be caused by faulty cables; please try replacing the HDMI cable to see if it resolves the issue.
  4. You can also try a factory reset:
    With the soundbar powered on, press and hold the "DEVICE RESET" (or Mute) button on the remote for 5 seconds to initialize the device. The soundbar's LED will display "RSET" when complete.
  5. Change other audio sources or devices for testing.
If the issue continues via all connections, please contact our support team[support@ultimea.com] for further assistance with after-sales solutions.
