Is it possible to rollback to the original firmware.
A reset doesn't appear to change it

moving from the D60 the D80 has been a nice change, EXCEPT for the lack of  surround speaker volume.  Even at 6 (and really from -6 to +6 there isn't even that noticeable amount of change in the volumes, which should be with 13 different settings), I still can't really hear them apart from the main centre speaker.  I literally have to put my ear to the speakers to be able to tell that they're really working.  With he D60, I actually had to turn the volume down a notch on surround to not be overwhelmed by them, but again, with the D80, VERY disappointing!!!  If you haven't tried a D60, you would just think this is normal for the surround volume, but I KNOW it could be much louder, unless of course I just happen to have a defective unit?

maybe if you're waiting here for any answers, but thru their email support support@ultimea.com I always got replies after 10pm overnight except on weekends.  The support is in China or such, so they're on different hours, but Mayra or Sunny always got back to me within 24hrs otherwise.
