If the noise sounds from the soundbar:
1. Please make sure the TV sound output is correct:
Settings-Sound-Digital Audio Output -Auto/Pass Through
2. It is recommended to use MUSIC mode; Control the volume within 27;
3. Change to another sound source;
4. Try and compare other connection methods: HDMI eARC>Optical>Bluetooth.
5. Replace a better HDMI 2.0 cable connecting the TV and Soundbar
If the noise sounds from the Subwoofer or Rear speakers/surround speakers:
1. Re-plug the subwoofer power cord and complete the pairing
2. Replace a better RCA cable connecting the rear speakers
3. Please update the software to the latest (refer to Poseidon D60 customized software information)
