Restore Nova C40 factory settings on the home page:
Please try the following steps:
1. Go to the settings screen and select "Other Settings"-“Factory Reset”, and click the remote “OK” button to enter.
Restore Android TV factory settings:
Settings—Device Preferences—About—Factory reset
