Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Ensure the TV is Set to the Appropriate Audio Output (ARC) and Set Audio to PCM:
①. Check if the TV and soundbar are connected to the port that is marked "ARC" or"eARC" ("HDMI IN” does not support this).
②. Connect the other end to the ARC port of the soundbar and TV.
③. TV Setting in detail:
A: Check if Dolby is turned off.
B: Check whether the PCM setting path is correct.
Normally as below: Settings-Sound Output-Receiver HDMI (ARC) and Sound -Expert Settings-Digital Audio Output -PCM
2. Switch Soundbar Channels:
Action: Use the remote control to switch soundbar input channels.
Instruction: Toggle between different input channels (ARC-OPT-ARC) to ensure the soundbar is receiving the correct signal.
