We understand the frustration you may have encountered while attempting to install the V139 software for your Poseidon D60 Soundbar. To ensure a successful installation, please carefully follow these steps:
- Download the 'update.zip' file again and copy it directly to a USB stick without unzipping it. The file must be named 'update.zip'.
- Before proceeding with the upgrade, verify that the subwoofer is correctly connected to the soundbar. Ensure that the subwoofer indicator light is consistently on, indicating normal functionality.
- Disconnect the HDMI cable, restart the soundbar, and then insert the USB stick. The installation process should commence automatically, with progress displayed on the screen.
- Format the USB stick in FAT32 format and confirm that it is empty. Please note that USB sticks with a capacity exceeding 128GB are not supported. If formatting in FAT32 proves unsuccessful, attempt formatting the USB drive as exFAT.
Should you encounter persistent issues despite following these steps, consider trying a different USB drive, as incompatible or faulty drives can sometimes lead to installation problems. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. For further assistance, feel free to contact ULTIMEA Customer Service.
