If the noise comes from the soundbar:
- Ensure the TV sound output is set correctly:
- Go to Settings Sound Digital Audio Output Auto/Pass Through.
- It is recommended to use MUSIC mode and keep the volume below 27.
- Switch to another sound source.
- Try and compare different connection methods: HDMI eARC Optical Bluetooth.
- Use a higher-quality HDMI 2.0 cable to connect the TV and soundbar.
If the noise comes from the subwoofer or rear/surround speakers:
- Replug the subwoofer power cord and complete the pairing.
- Replace the RCA cable with a higher-quality one for the rear speakers (if the surround sound is abnormal).
- Update the software to the latest version (refer to Poseidon D60 customized software information).

I've tried everything from changing settings, cables, and different modes (by, cable, etc) , and the sound still distorted. Factory resetting works for 5 secs and goes back to sounding distorted. Not happy with the product. What other suggestions are there?
