7. The remote doesn’t work?🔥

Please try these steps to solve the issue:

1. 1. Replace the remote batteries with new ones.
   2. Point the remote directly at the center of the Tapio VII soundbar when pressing a button.
   3. If the distance between the remote control and the main unit is too far, move it closer to the unit.
   4. If using a Bluetooth connection, some of the buttons on the remote may not be supported by the streaming application.
