Hello Ultimea. I tried the suggestion with the HDMI cable, but it doesn't work. can you send me the v143 repair software? Otherwise I don't know what to do next.

Eric Simon Thank you for your help. I have now tried 3 different USB sticks. 2 of them glow when you plug them in. They also flash, but the soundbar still remains completely off even after 1 hour.
