Apollo p40 won't turn on

Jeremi Martinez
The projector has the power button blinking red and won't turn on. If you unplug the power cable, the light will blink once again but it will stop. If you plug the cable again, is still having the same problem.

    Bonjour,
    J'ai le même problème.
La garantie de deux ans constructeur devrait fonctionner si j'arrive à avoir une réponse du service client...
Avez-vous trouvé une solution de votre côté ?

Recently, everyone has been breaking down this projector, the symptom is the same blinking red button. To fix it, you have to disassemble the device and check on the power supply which capacitor is broken and then replace it (cost 1$)

    Hi,

I'm experiencing the same issue. I initially contacted Ultimea support on April 1st and was asked to send a video showing the problem, which I promptly did. Since then, I've followed up a couple of times, but I haven’t received any response.

At this point, I'm without a working projector and very disappointed with the lack of support from Ultimea. I’d appreciate it if you could let me know how this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

Update: Ultimea contacted me and after 10 days they sent me a new projector with an extension of warranty of 1 year.

    Thanks!

The answer provided by the company is unacceptable .... because I am in canada, i just have 1 year garanty ...

they offer me a refurbished projector for $30 USD or a new for $50 .... what a joke !!!
