Buzzing sound
I just purchased Tapio I 2.0. When I watch local tv/dtv the bar doesn't work; it just buzzes. I have a Roku. When I watch thru Roku, the bar
works. The real annoyance is having to go into settings & turn the speakers on & off to watch local broadcast stations. I almost returned the bar because I thought it was defective. My tv is a much older LG 55LE5400. Prior to this bar I had a Samsung bar which I did not have this issue with. Has anyone experienced this or have a solution?
Thanks

Dear Customer,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you're experiencing with your Tapio I 2.0 soundbar. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
To resolve this issue, You can try the following troubleshooting step:
1. Ensure that the soundbar is properly connected to your TV. Check the HDMI connections are securely plugged in on both ends.
2. Verify that the sound settings on your TV are correctly configured. Make sure the audio format setting on your TV is set to PCM and the correct audio input mode has been selected.
3. If there is still noise coming out, please try to connect a different source device(TV, Blu-ray player, etc)to see if the buzzing still exists.
