How Can I Solve The Surround Speaker Disconnected Issue

Normally, the main soundbar, subwoofer, and surround speakers are pre‑paired at the factory and will connect automatically upon power‑on.

Resolution Steps:

If disconnection occurs, long-press the XUPMIX button on the remote control for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. The display will show "PAIR" flashing.

On the subwoofer and each surround speaker, long-press their respective power buttons for 5 seconds (press them separately).

Pairing is successful when the indicator lights on the subwoofer and surround speakers stop flashing and remain steadily lit.
