Skywave X100 Remote Control cannot be Paired/Not Working?🔥🔥🔥

If you do not know how to control the soundbar using the remote control, please follow the steps below to pair your remote with the soundbar:

Remote Pairing Instructions:

Press and hold the EQ and UP-FIRING buttons together to enter pairing mode.
* The indicator light will begin flashing.
* In Bluetooth mode, press and hold the Source button for about 6 seconds, until “Remo” appears on the display.

If the remote control still cannot be paired or used after following the steps above, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1.  Unpair and re-pair the remote control
   ①Switch the device to Bluetooth mode.
   ②Press and hold the Source button on the main unit’s touch panel for 10 seconds to clear the existing pairing.
   ③Then try pairing the Bluetooth remote control again.
2.   Reset the device through the app
   ①Connect the device to the app and perform a factory reset.
   ②After the reset is completed, unplug the device from the power source.
   ③Wait for a moment, then reconnect the power.
   ④The Bluetooth remote control should automatically reconnect or enter pairing mode again.
3.   Alternative method (if a 15-button infrared remote control is available)
   ①Press and hold the Mute button on the infrared remote control for 10 seconds to restore the device to factory settings.
   ②Then unplug the device, reconnect the power, and check whether the Bluetooth remote control can automatically reconnect.

If the remote control does not show a red indicator light after replacing the batteries and is unable to control the soundbar, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Battery Compatibility
This remote has a specific power design and may not work properly with rechargeable batteries. We strongly recommend using standard disposable alkaline batteries instead.

2. Battery Contact Issue
In some cases, certain battery brands may not fully align with the internal contact points of the remote. For best performance, we recommend using one of the following brands:

* Amazon Basics
* Duracell
* Energizer
* Varta Pro

If needed, you may also gently adjust the metal contact inside the battery compartment using tweezers or a small clip to ensure better contact with the battery terminals.
