It is recommended to prioritize using a mobile phone to connect via Bluetooth for playback.
Keep the Bluetooth connection distance within 5 meters.
If Bluetooth lag occurs, try powering off and restarting the device, then re-pair the Bluetooth connection.
If a power cycle does not resolve the issue, perform a factory reset (press and hold the remote control’s mute button for 5 seconds).
If the above steps are ineffective, update the device to the latest firmware version. Please provide your current firmware version and SN, and contact our customer service for a software push.
