Upgrade Process & Timeline

1. The Soundbar OTA update through the app usually takes approximately “15–20 minutes”, while in some cases it may take “30–40 minutes”. During the update process, please “do not disconnect the power or close the app”. Kindly be patient and wait for the process to complete.

  During the update, the Soundbar will display the upgrade progress (“0–100%”). To ensure a smooth update, please avoid any other operations during the process, such as playing music or video content.

2. If there is an unexpected power interruption or the app is closed accidentally, and the Soundbar gets stuck at a certain update percentage without further progress, please “power off both the Soundbar and subwoofer for 1–3 minutes”, force close the app, then power everything back on and try the update again.

3. After the update is completed, the product will restart automatically. If the device cannot reconnect to the app after restarting, please remove/delete the device from the app first, then “power off all products for 3–5 minutes”, power them back on, and pair/connect again.
