The answer provided by the company is unacceptable .... because I am in canada, i just have 1 year garanty ... they offer me a refurbished projector for $30 USD or a new for $50 .... what a joke !!!

I have the exact same problem. I just sent an email and hope to have a quick answer. This has to be fixed. At the moment my projector is not working and it is pisses me off
