S80 front speakers emits an horrible sound Not planned

Hie very surprised to read marvellous review about new nova s80 soundbar because I v just received line a few days ago and I just found the sound of the front bar speakers.....horrible and very poor qualify. I have tried many adjustments and running about the sound but no way to obtain a quality sound from the main bar. Subwoofer and rear satellite speakers are quite good and surrounds effect are very clear but the main front bar emits a sound that rely with very old and poor quality radio. I prefer to switch off the bar in order to return back to the TV speakers that sounds better than the sound bar. I v also tried to update firmware to 1.42 version, it seems to improve a little bit but the quality of the upper speaker remain awful. Did you experience such a disappointment concerning this nova s80 product? It claim to be a flagship of ultimea but in fact the sound is very close to..... Whatever I have request un return and refund of the bar as soon possible.
