If your Poseidon D80 originally came with factory firmware version V28, and you encountered a sudden loss of HDMI audio after upgrading to V33 or V37, this issue may be due to an incomplete upgrade of the HDMI module during the installation process.
If you meet this condition, please contact our after-sales support team and provide your device Serial Number (SN) on the back of the main soundbar and ULTIMEA ID on the Edit Profile page. We will push the V38 upgrade pop-up reminder to your App page to resolve the issue. Then you can click it to upgrade. Please do not connect the HDMI cable during the upgrade.
⚠️ Please note: The newly published V38 update shown in the app is actually a reinstallation of the V37 reminder, designed to correct the HDMI issue.
After the upgrade is successful, you will see the “Upgrade Successful” page, and the version number still shows V37 instead of V38. This is because V38 is a virtual version number and not the actual software version. (V38=V37)
Please don't continue clicking to upgrade the virtual V38 update reminders in the App, as multiple reinstalls will not resolve the HDMI problem.
