If you're experiencing no sound, audio lag, or stuttering when using OPT or HDMI, a software update may help resolve the issue.

✅ Try These First:

1. Ensure HDMI or optical cables are securely connected. Try a different cable if possible.

2. Factory reset the soundbar by long-pressing "DEVICE RESET" on the remote for 5 seconds, or select "Restore Default" in the app's settings.

3. Unplug the soundbar for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

4. Set your TV to output audio via HDMI ARC/eARC or Optical, and choose Passthrough or PCM as the audio format.

🔄 Software Update (Recommended)
We are currently testing targeted software updates that may help improve performance with HDMI and OPT connections.

To receive the update, please send us either of the following:

1. Your Serial Number (SN) – located on the back of the soundbar or found in the app under Profile > Settings.

2. Or your ULTIMEA App Ultimea ID – found in the app under Profile > Settings.

Once received, we’ll arrange the update remotely and notify you.
