How to turn off the prompt sound on your Aura A50 Pro?

If you wish to disable the prompt sound on your soundbar, follow the steps below for either the remote control or the ULTIMEA app.

Method 1: Turn Off the Prompt Sound Using the Remote Control

1. On your remote control, press the "PROMPT TONE" button.
2. Use the "-" button on the left side to adjust the setting to PT0.

    3. Once set to PT0, there will be no prompt sound when turning the device on/off, connecting Bluetooth, etc.

Method 2: Turn Off the Prompt Sound Using the ULTIMEA App

1. Open the app and connect your soundbar.
2. Go to Settings and select "Prompt Sound".
3. Set the Prompt Sound to "NONE".

Note:

• NONE = PT0
• LOW = PT1
• Medium = PT2
• High = PT3

By following these steps, you can easily disable the prompt sound on your device.
