Bluetooth Connect failed:

  1. If the soundbar is already connected to another Bluetooth device, please disconnect the previously connected device.
  2. Reboot your Bluetooth device and try to pair it again with the soundbar.
  3. Make sure the distance between your device and the soundbar is less than 10m/33ft.
  4. Change to another device to try. Some mobile models are not compatible with the soundbar for the Bluetooth function.
  5. Not connecting: Make sure no other Bluetooth devices are connected (signal interference)
    BT flashing light - pending

BT not flashing - already matched with another device or current device

Note: If the Bluetooth version of the user's device is lower than 4.0, it is not compatible.

  6. Bluetooth Connection Update (If Previous Steps Fail):

    Follow these steps:

    • Download the firmware update package (named ota.bin).

    • Format a USB drive to FAT32 and place the ota.bin file in the root directory.

    • Ensure the soundbar is connected to the main unit and surround system.

    • Insert the USB drive into the soundbar and hold the "Sport" button on the remote for 5 seconds to start the update.

    • The update will begin and will display on the soundbar. Wait for the process to complete. Once the update is complete, the soundbar will display “SUCC”. You can then press the Power button to turn the soundbar back on. To verify the update, press and hold the "USB REPEAT" button on the remote for 10 seconds, and the updated version "V049" will be displayed.
