Can I use the App with other models of your Soundbar? Such as Poseidon D60、Poseidon D50、Apollo S60、Apollo S40、Nova S80. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Nova S80 is not supported. It is not possible to support App control from a technical perspective.
Some units from the 2025 new batch of Poseidon D60, Poseidon D50, Apollo S60, and Apollo S40 now support app control. However, older versions do not have this functionality.

How to Check if Your Unit Supports App Control:

You can find out whether the product supports apps through the product manual or the sticker information on the main soundbar or soundbar's package box:
1. The sticker on the main soundbar has an APP download QR code sticker as shown in the picture.

2. The manual has an APP download QR code.

3. Check the Packaging – Look for the "Smart App Control" label on the product box. 

If your device has the above information, it means it supports the ULTIMEA APP. 

4. Try Connecting to the App – Download the app and attempt to connect your device. If the app does not recognize your soundbar, your unit may be from an earlier batch without app support.

If you are unable to confirm, please contact our support team and provide your order number or the SN code located on the back of the main soundbar. We will verify whether your device supports App control.

 

If you specifically require App control, please contact our team at support@ultimea.com and explain your needs. They will check stock availability and discuss the possibility of an upgrade and replace (not free of charge).
