Does it Support Control of the Soundbar with TV Remote?🔥🔥

  • Updated

Different brands of TVs have different paths to open the CEC. Please check if your TV supports the CEC function first.

Once it is on, you can control the soundbar's on/off and volume at the same time through the TV remote control. But only for HDMI connection;

Other connections such as OPT, BT, AUX, and USB do not technically support the HDMI CEC function, so you must use the soundbar remote control to operate the volume and EQ.

Setting: Please turn on the CEC of the TV.

For example: Samsung

If you want to control the soundbar volume and power on and off through the Firestick's remote control, follow these steps to connect:

Step 1. Connect the Firestick to the HD IN of the soundbar, and then connect the eARC port of the soundbar to the eARC/ARC port of the TV via HDMI cable.
Step 2. When connecting the TV via HDMI, please turn on the CEC function of the TV, so that you can use the TV remote control to switch on and off the sound bar at the same time.
Step 3. After turning on the soundbar, please set up the HDMI IN mode with the soundbar remote control (HDMI IN has a memory function, you don't need to set it up again next time)

To prevent cross-coding with other remote controls, our remote control IR code is different from other brands remote control format, so it can't be learned by other remotes. If you still need it, please contact our customer service.
