After you have connected the power cord, please press the Power button and wait until "----" appears on the screen of the soundbar before switching the mode.

1. If the LED on the screen does not light up, please confirm if the power adapter is properly connected.

2. If only "----" is displayed when you press the Power button after connecting to the TV and you can't switch to ARC or OPT mode via the remote control:

β‘  Please try to switch the mode several times.
β‘‘ Try to unplug the subwoofer power cable, wait 3-5 minutes, then plug it back in and switch it on.
3. Unplug the soundbar power cord, wait 3-5 minutes, then plug it in again.
