I think it's intentional that the rear speakers are off at -2.
When you listen to music and have EQ 1 or 2 on, I strangely hear almost nothing on the rear speakers, even at the highest level.
But if you turn on a film or series, it's normal and you also have sound at the back on EQ 1 or 2.
I tested it with the trailer for the film Reptil on Netflix.
In summary: EQ 1 and 2 don't really work with the rear speakers when playing music, but they do when playing a film, which is strange.
According to the operating instructions, eq 3 is supposed to be for music.

    Answer #8280

Each of our EQ modes defaults to Surround Level and Bass Level. if it doesn't match your audio preferences, you can adjust it yourself. EQ and Bass can be set based on your audio needs. EQ 3 is used to be for music.

    Answer #8281

The surround speakers have four volume levels: SR-2, SR-1, SR 0, and SR 1, with the following functions.
    SR-2: Turns off the surround sound;
SR-1: Reduces the surround volume level (based on SR 0); SR-0: Default surround volume level; SR-1: Default surround volume level; SR-1: Default surround volume level.
SR-0: Default surround volume level; SR 1: Enhanced surround volume level.
SR 1: Enhances the surround volume level (based on SR 0).

    Hello jehn,
Sorry, your factory version cannot be updated to V132. V132 is only suitable for the factory version V81/V83.
T019 is the latest upgrade software for factory versions V018 or V019.

I was contacted by Ultimea, their reply...

"T019 is the last version for factory version V018/V019 we will continue developing more custom software in the future for those versions but for the moment that is the last one."

So I'm holding out hope that we get a newer version.

Please kindly tell us what's a 'Surround Stone key' supposed to be.

    Hello Nacho Libre,

The "Surround Stone key" you mentioned should actually be to the right of the "SURROUND" button on the remote control, which is the position marked as "2" in the button in the above picture. This button is used to query the firmware version information. We have corrected the original inaccurate statement. If you have other questions or need further help, please feel free to contact us.
