do u have sound issues too nick? like your left and right sound more quiet compaired to the rest and on eq 3 dose your rear speakers still work and dose -2 turn off your subwoofer?
I think it's intentional that the rear speakers are off at -2. When you listen to music and have EQ 1 or 2 on, I strangely hear almost nothing on the rear speakers, even at the highest level. But if you turn on a film or series, it's normal and you also have sound at the back on EQ 1 or 2. I tested it with the trailer for the film Reptil on Netflix. In summary: EQ 1 and 2 don't really work with the rear speakers when playing music, but they do when playing a film, which is strange. According to the operating instructions, eq 3 is supposed to be for music.

Each of our EQ modes defaults to Surround Level and Bass Level. if it doesn't match your audio preferences, you can adjust it yourself. EQ and Bass can be set based on your audio needs. EQ 3 is used to be for music.

The surround speakers have four volume levels: SR-2, SR-1, SR 0, and SR 1, with the following functions.
SR-2: Turns off the surround sound;
SR-1: Reduces the surround volume level (based on SR 0); SR-0: Default surround volume level; SR-1: Default surround volume level; SR-1: Default surround volume level.
SR-0: Default surround volume level; SR 1: Enhanced surround volume level.
SR 1: Enhances the surround volume level (based on SR 0).
