No, this is the software version of the Apollo S40. If you require new software for the Poseidon D50, please let us know your audio requirements and the current factory version.

Hi, I'm having trouble updating my Nova S40. The display doesn't show "UP." Nothing happens. Ultimately, after following all the steps and then pressing the Music button for 5 seconds, the display reads E903 which I assume is an error message. Not sure that it matters, but the Bass MX button cycles through only two displays: Bs0 and Bs1. There is no Bs-1. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Seems their Returns/Refunds Department got confused. (Actually, very confused.)

Ultimea had sent me prepaid ParcelForce/Deutsche Post returns labels, prefilled Cusoms Declarations (you need 2 of these) together with detailed instructions.

The package was dropped at Post Office counters a few weeks ago, and online tracking showed its journey through German/EU Customs, to final delivery at Ultimea in Hamburg.

After inspecting the S80 was complete and in "new" condition, Ultimea confirmed my refund authorisation had been sent.

Another delay, and another email, where a different person said they hadn't received the package 😳 which was delivered weeks ago.

    I sent a πŸ”₯ πŸ”₯ πŸ”₯ email and left a warning on here!!

That same evening, I returned home to find the package containing the Nova S80 on my doorstep πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ.

Parcelforce confirmed it had been successfully delivered (and accepted), but said Ultimea had then made a new delivery request for Deutsche Post to re-deliver the package back to myself 🀯??

GOOD NEWS is that, only this morning, I received a full refund from Ultimea. PayPal also confirms this.

Anyhow, I have received the promised full refund and an apology from Ultimea for things being confused at their end.

As Ultimea are in a different timezone and always slow to answer emails, I've yet to hear why I now have a big box containing the returned Nova S80 sitting in my hallway πŸ˜‚

    Bonkers πŸ€ͺπŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
