- Bluetooth connection
- Restore factory settings.
- The soundbar switches to BT mode, and the device turns on Bluetooth to connect, Bluetooth connection is successful when hearing "connected".
- Change other devices to try. Some TV models are not compatible with the soundbar.
- HDMI ARC connection :
- Check if Dolby is turned off.
- Check if the TV and sound bar are connected to the port that marks " ARC" or"eARC "("HDMI IN” is not supported).
- Check whether the PCM setting path is correct. Normally as below: Settings-Sound-Digital Audio Output -PCM.
For more examples of various TV brands, please refer to the attached picture. - Check if the sound bar switches to ARC mode.
- Check whether the cable is not connected wrongly or loosely.
- Optical Connection:
- Check whether the PCM setting path is correct. Normally as below: Settings-Sound-Digital Audio Output -PCM. For more examples of various TV brands, please refer to the attached picture.
- Check if the sound bar switches to OPT mode.
- check if the other end has a red light on, if there is no red light, we suggest that to try a new fiber optic cable.
- AUX connection:
