Please try these steps to solve the issue:
- Replace the remote batteries with new ones.
- Point the remote directly at the center of the Tapio I Pro soundbar when pressing a button.
- If the distance between the remote control and the main unit is too far, move it closer to the unit.
- If using a Bluetooth connection, some of the buttons on the remote may not be supported by the streaming application.
