- Check whether the indicator light (white “-” on the LED display) of the sound bar is on, if not, please press the POWER button on the remote control or on the right of your Tapio I soundbar.
- Ensure the power cord is securely connected.
- Plug a different device into the electrical outlet to verify that the outlet is working correctly.
