2. No Sound after Connection

  • Bluetooth connection
  1. Restore factory settings.
  2. Soundbar switch to BT mode, and the device turn on Bluetooth to connect, Bluetooth connection successful when hearing "connected".

  3. Change other device to try. some TV models are not compatible with the soundbar.

  • HDMI ARC connection :
  1. Check if Dolby is turned off.
  2. Check if the TV and sound bar are connected to the port that mark " ARC"or"eARC "("HDMI IN” does not supported).

  3. Check whether the PCM setting path is correct. Normally as below:  Settings-Sound-Digital Audio Output -PCM.

  4. Check if the sound bar switches to ARC mode.

  5. Check whether the cable is not connected wrongly or loosely.

  • Optical Connection:
  1. Check whether the PCM setting path is correct. Normally as below:  Settings-Sound-Digital Audio Output -PCM. For more examples of various TV brands, please refer to the attached picture.

  2. Check if the sound bar switches to OPT mode.

  3. check if the other end has a red light on, if there is no red light, we suggest that to try a new fiber optic cable.

  • AUX connection:
  1. The connect port of the TV is AUDIO OUT, not AUDIO IN.

  2. Make sure that the AUX cable is a 3.5 mm cord.
  3. Make sure the TV output path is AUDIO/SOUND output.
  4. Make sure the AUX cable is not damaged.
