Please make sure you have switch the input source to "AV" mode, if there is still no picture displayed, please try to connect a different device or replace the AV cable and try again!

 

If the problem persists after you've done that, please be so kind as to get back to us! It would be great if you could provide some pictures so that we can assist you further.
