Make sure the remote control battery has power and check if it can be switched on and off normally

Try to align the remote control within 2 meters from the projector and check if it works.

Restart the projector and try it again.

Replace a new remote

If the new remote still doesn't work, the projector IR receiver is defective, negotiate to refund 10%-20, if not accept it, then replace a new projector.
