Move the projection image to check if the black/white spot moves with the image, make sure the wall and screen is clean;

Gently wipe the lens clean with a dust-free cloth, cover the lens when the projector is not working, and clean the dust at the fan inlet;

Open the dust cover at the bottom, and then use an air gun or blower to clean the internal dust. If the black spots still exist, you can also wipe the internal screen with an alcohol cloth.

If still doesn't work, then provide a replacement.
