Does the screen show "no signal"? We recommend that you switch to the home page to check if there is an image display, and then check if the input source is correct;

If still doesn't work, we recommend unplugging the power cable directly and powering it on again after 1-2 hours, then checking if the image can be displayed normally;

If the issue still exists after done it, provide some pictures or a video of that. Provide a new replacement.
