Please reset the projector by long-pressing the OK button or unplug the power cable directly and power it on again after 1-2 hours, then check if the image can be displayed normally.

Please check if the fan is working properly or have any abnormal noise; make sure the air outlet is not blocked.

If the issue still exists after done it, provide some pictures or a video of that. Provide a new replacement.
